XL Nightclub, Cabaret & Lounge is an exciting new nightlife destination by John Blair Promotions and FornabaioVoss Events. The venue features a state-of-the-art dance club with 14,000 square feet of high-tech party space, a professional 100-seat cabaret and a comfortable lounge catering to neighborhood residents, hotel guests and the community.

XL is situated within THE OUT NYC Urban Resort, an electrifying new project occupying 70,000 square feet in Hells Kitchen. In addition to XL, the complex features a 105-room “straightfriendly” boutique hotel, a glass enclosed atrium & wet zone, a gym & wellness center, lush outdoor courtyard gardens, a café & restaurant and a business/conference center.
